FOUNDER: David S. Reed is a public administration expert and founder of Center for Public Administrators. He is Associate Editor of the peer reviewed journal Public Integrity, an author, guest lecturer and conference speaker. He received the 2023 Best Practitioner Paper award from the Northeast Conference on Public Administration and the 2024 Larkin Dudley Award from the American Society for Public Administration. He is a former civil servant and holds a Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
